Community Support Team
Community Support Team (CST) is a mental health service that works with adults in the community. People receiving this service will have a Case Manager/QMHP, and depending on their needs, may have a person who will assist them in skill building and accessing resources in the community. They will also have the option of seeing a therapist and having a psychiatrist to educate them and assist with medication.
Assertive Community Treatment Team
ACTT is a team approach to mental health care, designed to help improve the lives of adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance abuse problems. ACTT services are provided by a team of professionals, including a psychiatrist, case managers, nurses, and peer specialists. ACTT services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) PHP is a structured, short term outpatient program that offers intensive treatment for adults with emotional or mental health difficulties. This program is ideal for those who are experiencing acute, debilitating symptoms but do not require 24-hour overnight care. PHP meets 4 hours per day, 5 days a week and provides medical monitoring, therapy, education, and psychiatric services.
